Between World champ titles, world cups wins, we do not present Fab anymore. He is one of the most active rider in the mtb industry. On the top of being one of the best riders, Fab has been creating his own team and become a rider/manager. Between PR and racing, his activities are all around MTB. He has been the organiser of Charity event like the URGE Kenya and URGE Népal, but also involve in the development of MTB more generally. His investment and motivation for his goals are unique. The racing season will be exciting…

Damien is a strong and dynamic rider. 2010 will be is 3^rd year on the side of Fab. He has been increasing his speed and talent a long the years to reach Top 20 in the world cup circuit. His skills brought him in the French elite very early to become one of the top.

On the side of MTB, Damien is a ski instructor all winter. A right balance to spend all is time in the mountains, where he comes from.

Auré is the new one in the structure this year. Coming from a BMX and motocross background, he knows how to hold under pressure. His professionalism brought him on the top of the podium at the national championship in 4X and at the 12^th place at the World championship in Canberra 2009, but his goals are all around DH this year… Aurélien is going to do the all world cup on the side of Fab. A great experience to introduce him at the international level.

After 7 years of hard work with Fabien Barel, Paul Walton is a key person of the MONDRAKER factory team. With a background of engineering, Paul is doing with Fab all the Research and development that the brands need. This input is a strong help to create synergy with the different sponsors that the team is working with. His engineering skills are reflecting is qualities in organisation as Paul is managing the logistics and the daily routine of the team. From his computer to the tool bench, he is polyvalent to provide the support that the 3 riders need.
